Our Process…

  1. Intake

    We review your intake form and respond within 24 hours. If possible, we quote based on photos. If not, we request to see your items to give an accurate quote.

  2. Drop Off or Ship

    You drop off or ship your items to one of our drop locations

  3. Review

    We review your items within 3 business days and provide options and/or a quote

  4. Repair

    Most repairs completed within 1-2 weeks unless specialty materials are needed.

  5. Pay & Pickup or Ship

    When your project is finished we will send an invoice. Items can be picked up or shipped within 1-5 days of paying the invoice.
